Terms and conditions
All prices quoted are in Euros. Prices may change at any time prior to receipt of your payment in full. After we receive a request for reservations we shall make all bookings of the requested itinerary. E-mail, fax or letter will send confirmation of bookings and invoice.
Payment should be made in Euros at least thirty days prior to arrival. All reservations not paid within twenty-five days of arrival are subject to cancellation. We regret that we cannot hold reservations that are not paid within this time. Refund policy in event of customer’s cancellation of prepaid bookings:
- Cancellations received at least twenty-five days before arrival date: 85% refund
- Cancellations received at least fifteen days before arrival date: 50% refund
- Cancellations received at least five days before arrival date: 30% refund
- Cancellations received five days or fewer before arrival date: no refund
Prepayments are required only under exceptional circumstances or for small scale and high end properties, and have to be looked at on a case-by-case basis.
Mava Holidays Indonesia acts only in the capacity of agent for transportation companies, vehicles owners, hotels and all other contractors involved, and shall not held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, delay or irregularity whatsoever arising from the use of any accommodation, transport or other service, from labour strikes, illness, weather, fire, natural disasters, force majeure or any others forces beyond our control.
Mava Holidays Indonesia also reserves the right to modify or withdraw tour arrangements without notice if considered necessary and in the best interest of the passengers.
